1. Article Processing Charges (APC):
Once an article is accepted and the Article Processing Charge has been paid, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Withdrawal Policy:
If the author wishes to withdraw a manuscript after acceptance but before publication, the withdrawal must be communicated in writing. If the payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payment:
In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Technical Issues:
If any technical error leads to payment failure or incorrect deductions, please contact us at editor@ijpms.com with your transaction details.
